Rent a designer sari for 10% or more of the retail cost of the sari.

Reserve-Use the calendar to reserve your sari and proceed to checkout.(Rental begins on Thursday and expires the following Monday) We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance of your event to ensure that you get your first pick.
Wear- To a wedding, cocktail party, mehndi, or to any other special event.
Return- Each order comes with a pre-addressed return envelope that can be dropped off at FedEx office or have it picked up by FedEX . Please make sure your order is returned before NOON the following Monday. If the following Monday is a holiday please be sure to return your order Tuesday before NOON.

How do I know my order will arrive in time?
We have two options.
- Pick up/ Drop off can be made directly from our flagship store in Atlanta, Georgia.
- We have partnered up with FedEx for past twenty years and rely on their timely delivery of the packages. We can track your delivery minute-by-minute. Please note that your order can be delivered anytime until 8:00 P.M. local time. Your shipment tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships via FedEx. If you do not receive your package by 7:00P.M. EST, call us immediately at 678.707.2901 and we will remedy the situation.
Can I rent fine jewelry as House of Raaj Premium Member?
Unfortunately no, as a Premium Member you can only BUY unique 22 kt gold and certified diamond jewelry from House of Raaj.

When should I make my reservation?
You can make your reservation 48 hours prior to your event, however, we strongly encourage our members to reserve at least three weeks in advance. It keeps mailing charges low. We take reservations up to 10 weeks in advance.
When does my rental period begin and end?
Rental period begins by 8:00 pm on Thursday and ends at NOON the following Monday.
If my rental period ends on a holiday. What should I do?
Don't panic, just drop your return envelope to FedEx by noon Tuesday. Your package will arrive back to us on time.
What if the renter before me returns the saree late?
Should such a situation occur we will send you an equal or more expensive sari. We will never leave our members without something fabulous to wear.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact customer service right away at 678.973.9717. We'll be happy to take care of it for you. Please let us know as soon as you can!
Cancellation Policy-
If you cancel your order within 30 days of your rental date we will issue a merchandise credit for you to use on future orders.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your rental date we will offer a full refund back to your credit card.

Renting Sarees
Are all the Sarees same size?
NO. Depending on the designer and the material of the saree, the length and the width may vary.
What if I accidentally stain or damage a Sari?
Our dry cleaner can take care of most minor damages. Accidents do happen so don’t worry, we understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable and beyond your control. The $5 insurance charge on each sari you rent will cover these types of situations. If a sari is damaged beyond repair, your credit card will be charged for the full retail price of the sari.
How do I know my Sari is clean?
We have partnered up with a local dry cleaner whose expertise lie in delicacy and intricate work of handmade designer sarees. Our dry cleaner utilizes an environmentally safe process that certifies that every saree is thoroughly cleaned and cared for. Our quality control panel inspects each order thoroughly before it is shipped to you.

How do I ensure that I find a blouse that fits?
House of Raaj’s blouses come in small, medium and large sizes.

Do you have additional blouses that can match any Sari?
Yes, we do carry over 750 additional blouses that can match any one of our Sarees. We also carry extra-large sizes (bust size 38 D-40 C) that come in a variety of colors.
Do I always get the blouse that the model is wearing?
Yes, if the blouse size fits you. We may send you a blouse that is your size but the style and design may vary from the picture.
How will I know what blouse I will be receiving?
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation along with the blouse image.
What if the blouse still doesn’t fit?
We will send two blouses to first time renters, if blouse does not fit please return the unworn blouse with tags intact. NO refund will be issued if tags are removed.
Renting Petticoats
Types: Cotton, Satin Silk, Lycra, Shimmer, Sequence, Gold-Silver Foil and Brocade.
Is petticoat included in Sari rental?
No. Most of our Sarees can be paired with any style of petticoat depending on your taste. You can borrow a petticoat for a small fee.

How can House of Raaj afford to rent out REAL jewelry?
Just as you receive unsecure credit cards from a bank or other lending institutions, we are the FIRST and ONLY company that will offer the rental of real jewelry to House of Raaj’s Elite Members. Please note that we do have strict guidelines for becoming House of Raaj Elite Member.
Can I rent jewelry as House of Raaj Premier member?
Sorry, Jewelry is not offered in Premier Membership due to liability issues.

How do I know jewelry is clean & sanitized?
As a fifth generation jeweler, we always make sure that every piece of jewelry a customer holds in their hand is thoroughly cleaned, polished and sanitized. We carry the same practice for our House of Raaj’s Elite Members.
What if I damage or lose my jewelry?
We offer $50 insurance to cover minor repairs. We will make every effort to repair the minor damages, however, if a piece of jewelry is beyond repair we will charge your credit card for the full retail price of the jewelry. Losing a piece of jewelry also constitutes an immediate charge on your credit card for the full amount.
What if I lose a stone or diamond falls out of jewelry?
Diamonds almost never fall out of jewelry. If a diamond falls out of a jewelry piece, we reserve the right to charge members at our discretion.
